Guacamole Salad


  • 2 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce
  • 4 diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbs diced onion (you can add more onion if you wish)
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 large avocados, mashed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • lemon juice (optional)


1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

2. Add some lemon juice and mix well. Eat with tortilla chips.
